Will the constant playing of wargames train us all to be killers, or will the cooperation these games require break down cultural barriers, and teach us to get along with strangers? Or both? This talk examines the paradoxical futures that online gaming may bring us, and makes some suggestions about how to use them to save humanity from itself.
